GenesisLink provides business consulting services related to Canadian business immigration pathways. We work alongside immigration lawyers, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), and designated organizations to provide support on the business side of immigration pathways, including strategy, business planning, documentation, and compliance.
3. Not an Immigration Agency
GenesisLink is not an immigration agency, law firm, or RCIC practice. We do not provide legal advice, immigration representation, or act as authorized representatives in immigration proceedings. Our services are limited to business consulting, strategy, and execution support.
4. Assessment Tool Disclaimer
The PNP Assessment Tool and any reports generated are for informational purposes only. Results are estimates based on publicly available program information and do not constitute immigration advice. Actual program requirements, scoring, and selection criteria may differ. Provincial Nominee Programs may change their criteria at any time without notice.
