What the new Table 8 numbers mean

A high in-process-to-remaining ratio means capacity, not capital floors alone, is the binding constraint for many H2 2026 AAIP entrepreneur files. Meeting net worth and investment minimums is necessary; it is not a queue-jump.

In AAIP entrepreneur packages reviewed with partner RCICs, the packages that stall in a high-ratio environment usually share documentation gaps: community letter inconsistency (Rural), unscored sector points (Graduate), or financial models that do not match wage and labour reality. Capacity pressure makes those gaps more expensive because resubmission windows are scarce.
