Between July 20 and July 22, IRCC issued three Express Entry draws:

• July 20: PNP draw, 511 ITAs, CRS 744
• July 21: CEC draw #428, 2,000 ITAs, CRS 516
• July 22: French-language draw #429, 5,000 ITAs, CRS 399

The combined output. 7,511 ITAs in five days. Is the highest five-day volume in 2026. The July 21 CEC draw at CRS 516 is the signal that matters most for C11 and ICT holders building toward permanent residence. A C11 or ICT holder with 12 months of Canadian skilled work experience and a CRS in the high-400s to low-500s sits inside the credible invitation range based on current draw patterns.

The French-language draw at CRS 399 is the lowest cutoff since the category launched. That creates a secondary pathway for any C11 or ICT holder who meets TEF Canada or TCF Canada requirements. BC PNP Entrepreneur Draw: 25 Days and No New Invitation

The last BC PNP Entrepreneur draw was June 30, 2026. Base threshold 118, Regional threshold 113. As of July 25, 25 days have passed without a new invitation round.

That gap is within the historical range of three to six weeks between draws. However, every additional day without a draw is additional time for EOI holders to strengthen their score before the next round. Three areas advisors should review with active BC PNP EOI clients during this window:

1. Canadian work experience component. One additional week of eligible work can shift an EOI score by several points depending on stream and regional category
2. Adaptability factors. Language testing updates, prior Canadian study records, or verified regional connections

Alberta's AAIP Entrepreneur Stream carried these figures as of July 15, 2026:

• 90 nominations allocated for 2026
• 24 issued
• 66 remaining
• 242 files in process

That is a 3.67:1 pressure ratio. 3.67 files competing for every remaining nomination spot. Not all 242 files will receive nominations, and provincial allocation can refresh at any point in the fiscal year. But files that are documentation-complete and ready for assessment are better positioned than files still awaiting final business documents or financial statements.

OINP Workforce Priority: The Announcement That Has Not Come Yet

Ontario published its Workforce Priority Stream (OWPS) scoring grid on July 20, 2026. A 130-point system covering regional location, TEER category, wage level, Ontario work experience, and language. Three stream categories are confirmed: Priority Healthcare, Entrepreneur, and Exceptional Talent.

What has not been announced: a launch date for any of the three categories. The EOI system remains closed.

For advisors with Ontario-based entrepreneur files, the scoring grid is public enough to evaluate client competitiveness before the EOI opens. A pre-assessment against the 130-point grid. What to Watch July 28 to August 1

For advisors and entrepreneurs on active files:

• If your AAIP file is documentation-complete, do not wait for the next intake window announcement to finalise and submit.
• BC PNP Entrepreneur EOI holders should use the current draw gap to verify score components and complete any outstanding documentation before the next invitation round.
• Any C11 or ICT holder with a CRS in the high-400s to low-500s and 12 months of Canadian skilled work experience should have an Express Entry CEC eligibility conversation with their RCIC now.
• OINP Entrepreneur stream applicants can pre-assess competitiveness against the published 130-point OWPS grid before the EOI opens.

Four items advisors should monitor over the next seven days:

BC PNP Entrepreneur draw. A draw before August 1 would end the current gap at 32 days. Within the normal range but on the longer side. Advisors with clients at threshold should have documentation verified and current.

AAIP allocation update. Alberta typically posts processing data mid-month. An update before August 1 would indicate whether the 66 remaining spots have changed and whether new allocation has been added for the fiscal year.

IRCC processing time update. In-Canada work permit processing is currently tracking at 124 days per the July 15 data. Any movement up or down directly affects C11 and ICT application timelines for clients submitting in Q3 2026.

OINP Entrepreneur EOI launch signal. A soft announcement or industry consultation from Ontario would be the earliest indication that the Entrepreneur stream is moving toward activation. Advisors should be watching Ontario government channels directly.
